Chain Admiral Taverns – one of the UK’s biggest pub operators with more than 1,420 pubs across the UK – is on the hunt for individuals or couples with a passion for the industry and have a vision to create a pillar of the community.
The pubs recruiting in the North East are; Brawns Den, Durham; the Huntsman, Blaydon-on-Tyne; Rose & Crown, South Shields; Dolphin Inn, North Shields; Black Bull Hotel, Blaydon-on-Tyne; and Three Coopers, Bedale.
The Brawns Den, located in Brandon, County Durham, will cost publicans £12,000 to invest. The cosy pub nestled in the heart of Brandon, on the corner of a bustling residential area is advertised as a “community focal point.”
The Huntsman Pub is located in Blaydon, The Huntsman is in the heart of a densely populated residential estate with a strong following of regulars along with a high footfall of passing trade. Investment will cost potential publicans £7,000.
The Rose & Crown in South Shields enjoys a prime location in the coastal town, positioned on the corner of a main road and surrounded by local shop. The pub group expects £12,500 investment.
The Dolphin Inn, set in the charming coastal town of Tynemouth in North Shields, Tyne and Wear is a historical gem and the oldest inn in Tynemouth, and will set back investors £10,000.
The Three Coopers is a charming establishment nestled just off the high street in Bedale, a picturesque market town in North Yorkshire. The town, steeped in Georgian history, is situated only two miles from the A1 motorway, serving as an entrance to the Yorkshire Dales. Publicans will invest £15,000 to take over the establishment.
The Black Bull, a fantastic community local in Blaydon, is renowned for its live music. Publicans will invest £15,000 to take over the pub.
Interested parties can now utilise the pub group’s new applicant portal, which offers applicants “a tailored experience” with the ability to search for a pub based on their specific preferences, from geography and financial contribution, to pub style.
