Ian Turner has been reported missing from his home

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a 78-year-old missing man as concerns for his welfare grow. Ian Turner was last seen at his home in Irby, Wirral, around 5.45pm on Tuesday, January 14.

Merseyside Police have described him as a white male with short white hair. He is unsteady on his feet and was last seen wearing a white jacket with a black stripe down the sleeve, brown corduroy trousers and beige slip-on trainers. Ian also has his black and tan daschund dog with him.

Police said they are becoming increasingly concerned for Ian’s welfare, and are appealing for anyone who may have seen him to contact them on 999.
