CCTV appeal after group break into property and steal cash

A group of suspects are reported to have forced entry into a business in the Cotswolds where items including cash were stolen from the premises. Other incidents reported to Gloucestershire Police this week include a premises being broken into and money stolen from a safe and multiple car break-ins.

Lansdown Place, Cheltenham: A vehicle has been broken into by unknown means, no damage caused. Items stolen are a pair of Rayban Wayfarer sunglasses, Tom Ford perfume, a hard shell carry on bag, electric car charger and a pair of Sony headphones. This happened in Lansdown Place, Cheltenham between midnight on January 1, 2025 and 5pm on January 2, 2025. Incident 060 of January 2, 2025.

Broadway Road, Mickleton: On Wednesday January 1, a business property on Broadway Road, Mickleton was burgled where a group of suspect(s) have forced entry. This happened between 1.30am and 2.30am to a number of building within the business site and removed various items and cash. Leighterton near Tetbury: A Land Rover Discovery Sport was stolen from the Street in Leighterton near Tetbury. It was stolen overnight on New Year’s Eve. If you have any information in regard to this please quote Incident 320 of January 1, 2025.

Redmarley, Forest of Dean: Unknown offender(s) have cut the locks from several outbuildings using tools found at the property. An Ifor Williams trailer has been stolen along with a Karcher pressure washer and various hand tools. This happened in Redmarley, Gloucestershire between 9pm on December 29, 2024 and 7.45am on December 30, 2024. Incident 057 of December 30, 2024.

Barton Street, Gloucester: An unknown offender can be seen on camera gaining entry to a premises by climbing through a skylight. It is thought the offender was then disturbed by the building alarm and left without taking anything. This happened in Barton Street, Gloucester at approximately 1.11am on December 30, 2024. Incident 233 of December 30, 2024.

Tredworth Road, Gloucester: Unknown offender(s) have gained entry to a property and stolen an electric bike. The bike is an orange Carrera bike with a black battery and a motor on the tyre. The cycle was on charge when stolen, however the charger was not stolen. Nothing else has been taken. This happened in Tredworth Road, Gloucester between December27, 2024 and December 30, 2024. Incident 345 of December 30, 2024.

Whaddon Road, Cheltenham: A male dressed all in black carrying a grey rucksack and large blue plastic bag can be seen entering a vehicle by opening the door. The offender has stolen a small amount of loose change and a pair of Rayban sunglasses. The offender can also be seen trying the doors of another vehicle at the property which they didn’t gain access to. This happened in Whaddon Road, Cheltenham at approximately 7.39pm on December 29, 2024. Incident 242 of December 30, 2024.

London Road, Cheltenham: Unknown offender(s) have gained entry to a vehicle by unknown means. Items including a pair of Rayban sunglasses and a tool box full of tools have been stolen. This happened in London Road, Cheltenham between 1am and 10am on December 30, 2024. Incident 100 of December 30, 2024. If you are leaving your vehicle for any length of time – please ensure that the doors are locked, do not always rely on your central locking key fob, and always check the door handle. Where possible do not leave anything on show, items should be locked away in the boot or removed completely.

Orchard Way, Cheltenham: A vehicle parked on the driveway of a property has been broken into by unknown means with no damage caused. The glovebox has been searched through, a coat and empty medal box have been stolen. The medal box was later found discarded further up the road. This happened in Orchard Way, Cheltenham between 10pm on December 29, 2024 and 6am on December 30, 2024. Incident 099 of January 30, 2024.

Clarence Square, Cheltenham: Unknown offender(s) have entered a vehicle by unknown means. A messy search of the vehicle has taken place and Christmas presents containing toys, clothes and wine have been opened and contents thrown around. This happened in Clarence Square, Cheltenham between 5pm on December 29, 2024 and 8.30am on December 30, 2024. Incident 061 of December 30, 2024.

Gloucester Road, Cheltenham: Unknown offender(s) have gained access to a premises by forcing open the back door. An office has been entered and safe key found, a large amount of cash has been stolen from the safe. This happened in Gloucester Road, Cheltenham between 11.30pm on December 29, 2024 and 11am on December 30, 2024. Incident 115 of December 30, 2024.

Greet, Cheltenham: Unknown offender(s) have entered a vehicle by unknown means causing no damage. A dash cam has been stolen and damage caused to the plastic electric housing. The glovebox has also been searched and some loose change stolen. This happened in Greet, Cheltenham between 11pm on December 28, 2024 and 9am on December 29, 2024. Incident 256 of December 29, 2024.

Barley Road, Cheltenham: An unknown offender on a pushbike wearing dark clothing and a face covering has been disturbed going through a vehicle that was possibly left unlocked on a driveway. Items stolen are a pair of Rayban sunglasses and a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses. This happened in Barley Road, Cheltenham between 5.40pm and 5.45pm on December 28, 2024. Incident 288 of December 28, 2024.

Tivoli Road, Cheltenham: A possibly unlocked vehicle has been entered by unknown offender(s). A search has taken place and an I-Phone SE, Ralph Lauren sunglasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses have been stolen. This happened in Tivoli Road, Cheltenham between 2pm on December 27, 2024 and 10am on December 28, 2024. Incident 356 of December 28, 2024.

Tivoli Road, Cheltenham: Unknown offender(s) have entered a vehicle parked on the driveway of a property by unknown means causing no damage. A messy search has taken place and items stolen including Channel sunglasses and a tyre repair kit. This happened in Tivoli Road, Cheltenham between 6.30pm of 27/12/2024 and 8.50am on December 28, 2024. Incident 090 of December 28, 2024.

Falkner Street, Gloucester: A wallet containing bankcards and driving licence was taken from a vehicle without any damage done to the vehicle. This happened in Falkner Street, Gloucester. Incident 0114 of December 27,2024 refers.
