A spokesperson for GJS Dillon said the building has a prominent freehold opportunity in a prime High Street location.

GJS Dillon added: “The cathedral city of Worcester is a well-established retail centre and is the administrative hub for the county of Worcestershire.

“The High Street is therefore popular, housing numerous national retailers including M&S and TK Maxx with House of Fraser and Primark being in the Crown Gate shopping centre.”
Jack Wills closed its doors in Worcester in February 2024 after announcing the closure through signs on its front windows.
