Two proposals involved the installation of 16 solar panels at Crookham Village Hall and an approximately 38-square-metre photovoltaic array at Allendale Health Centre.
Both applications were deemed not to require prior approval, allowing the projects to proceed as planned.
The solar panels at Crookham Village Hall will be installed on the south and west-facing pitched roofs, while the Allendale Health Centre panels will be fitted to the south aspect roof.
The latter installation will also include an inverter and PV generation meter within the roof void.
In Greenhead, a proposal for the installation of an 11-metre telecommunications pole on land north of Thirlwall Castle Farm has been approved.
The application was classified as permitted development, meaning it can proceed without requiring a full planning application.
Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital in Cramlington has also been granted permission to replace its existing helipad with a newer, slightly larger version.
It will be positioned marginally north and east of its current location but will maintain the same design.
The new location will remain close to the emergency department.
Not all applications were met with approval.
An application for the erection of new apartments for the over-55s on land north of Hartford Court, Cramlington, was refused.
The proposal sought outline permission for the development of 33 apartments with associated access and parking.
It was to be accessed off the adjacent B1326 public highway, with the proposed building located to the northern boundary, extending east across the site.
Matters such as appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale were to be considered in a separate reserved matters application.
An archive of planning applications, with details of their validations and decisions, is available on the Northumberland Council website.
