There were severe delays on the M5 at junction 5 (Droitwich) and the A38 through Wychbold after a motorcyclist was involved in a car crash.
Part of the A38 had closed at 4pm yesterday (Tuesday) while West Midlands Ambulance paramedics and West Mercia Police dealt with the incident.

The motorcyclist was taken to Alexandra Hospital for further treatment, but the injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called shortly after 4pm on Tuesday to a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorbike at the junction of the M5 and A38 in Dodderhill.
“One ambulance attended the scene.

“Upon arrival, we found a man who was the motorcyclist with injuries which were not believed to be life-threatening.
“He received treatment from ambulance staff at the scene before being conveyed to Alexandra Hospital for further treatment.”
Traffic was still at a standstill between the Roman Way – Bromsgrove Road junction while commuters made their way through Wychbold.
An eyewitness on the A38 said: “Road closed and queueing traffic due to accident.
“Congestion to Webbs Garden Centre for traffic heading away from Bromsgrove.”
