The Friarton Bridge on the M90 has also been closed in both directions, with traffic being diverted through Perth.
We are in attendance at a fire within a recycling centre on Lower Friarton Road, Perth.
Due to large volumes of smoke we are asking people to avoid the area and close windows and doors in nearby homes.
The Friarton Bridge on the M90 is also closed.
