The six-storey building, in Jocelyn Square, will be operated by Homes for Students, under their Prestige Student Living brand and will begin taking in tenants this month.
Centrally located, close to the River Clyde and adjacent to Glasgow Green, the newly built development provides en-suite student accommodation fitted with bedrooms and kitchen facilities.
Other amenities include two social study rooms, a cinema, gym, cycle store, and breakout spaces with pool tables.

Builders Urbanite Living secured a £18.85 million finance facility from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division to support the development.
