Kenneth Francis of Duston Road, London, Kyle Dettemer of Steel Street, Consett, and Alan Graham of Ballydoolaugh, Northern Ireland have been served with fines after they failed to comply with a Community Protection Notice (CPN).
Durham County Council say the men were previously warned about the notice, which is a legal document issued to people reportedly causing anti-social behaviour.

Pictures show the waste includes general rubbish, wooden planks, black bin bags and skirting boards in yards.
