THIS is the moment a customer was attacked and abused by a family of takeaway workers – after he complained about a cold kebab and munchie box.

It came after he threw some of his £35 order back into delivery driver Sadiq Yildirim’s motor following an argument over the ‘two-hours late and lukewarm’ food.
Yildirim, 57, responded by assaulting Mr Goldie before his kebab shop boss sons Cerkez, 26, and Erkan, 31, arrived on the scene in another car to cause chaos.
Video footage of the rammy was shown at Dumfries Sheriff Court – with the swaggering yobs seen brandishing metal bars and threatening neighbours who were recording the shameful scenes.
A clip showed Sadiq arguing with Mr Goldie on the doorstep of his home at around 8.20pm.
The bust-up escalated after Mr Goldie threw the food from award-winning takeaway Dante’s into the delivery motor, shouting: “Here is your kebab.”
Sadiq was then caught on camera grabbing a large metal bar from the car and waving it around as a dog barked.
Ring doorbell footage then captured the brothers arriving at the home around ten minutes later.
Erkan – wearing a polo shirt with the takeaway’s name on it – can be seen acting aggressively, banging windows in front of the terrified wife of the victim and saying “I swear I won’t leave here.
“Come out and fight you f****** p****.”
A witness can be heard saying “Don’t you dare hit that dog” as Mr Goldie’s brave missus keeps the thugs from entering her home.

Neighbours can be heard branding the brothers a “pair of bullies” and saying how they can’t believe “this is all over a cold kebab”.
The brothers shout and swear as they try to reach Mr Goldie in his house, screaming: “Come outside”.
Mr Goldie’s wife pleads with them to leave and calls the police, eventually bringing the mayhem to an end before the yobs were later arrested.
The trio appeared at Dumfries Sheriff Court earlier this month where they all pleaded guilty to charges of threatening and abusive behaviour.
Erkan Yildirim pleaded guilty to repeatedly striking windows of the Goldies’ home, uttering derogatory remarks and threatening to run at other members of the public while brandishing tow bars.
He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest by tensing his wrists to prevent officers placing on handcuffs.
Cerkez, 26, pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening and abusive manner by acting aggressively in the manner of brandishing a metal bar, shouting and approaching other members of the public with the weapon.
Dad Sadiq pleaded guilty to a charge of assault after he struck Mr Goldie with a metal tow bar and an amended charge of threatening and abusive behaviour.
On Monday, Alasdair Bryce KC, defending Sadiq, said his client was left in hospital after the altercation with Mr Goldie, who he alleged hit him with a golfclub.
He said: “The videos showed there was a clear indication of provocation when Jason Goldie threw the kebab into my client’s car.”
However, Sheriff Colm Dempsey KC described the scenes witnessed in the shocking video as a “terrible” incident that could have been avoided before the escalation.
He said the trio showed “deplorable behaviour” where an “unpleasant argument” over food escalated to the family brandishing metal poles in a “public residential area.”
Addressing the Yildirim family in the dock, Mr Demspey said: “It should have never got to this stage.
“Instead you should have returned the food to the takeaway so it could be replaced.
“The escalation comes from the fact you should have returned to base.
“Although Mr Goldie did not do himself any favours throwing the food, you did yourself no favours by carrying weapons in a residential area.”
Sentencing was deferred to February 5 to allow for social work reports and assessment for a restriction of liberty orders.
A source close to the Goldie family said they were left traumatised by the incident and had set up additional security cameras at their home.
Dante’s Fish, Chip and Kebab takeaway has repeatedly been shortlisted in the BritishKebab Awards.
Erkan Yildirim previously said: “It is a family business and our kebab recipe is a secret family recipe handed down, so I cannot tell anyone what it is.”
