Two sheep have been killed and another nine have been seriously injured following a dog attack in Corwen.
North Wales Police’s Rural Crime Team say that incident at Tyn Y Rhos, Bryneglwys, is thought to have happened sometime between January 6 and January 14.
Rural Crime Team’s PC Matt Raymond said: “It is likely some of the nine sheep will die due to the serious injuries they’ve suffered.
“In addition to this, all sheep involved in the incident were in lamb, which will now likely abort.
“This is the second incident at the same farm within the last two weeks and has come at a significant loss to the farmer.
“If anyone knows any information, witnessed a loose dog in the area, or knows the responsible dog, please get in touch, quoting reference number 25000041962.”
