Located on North Street in Ripon, DeFacto is the only late-night venue in the area and is on the market for £99,950.
Estate agents, Alan J Picken, said it is a “well-known” and “popular” spot in the heart of Ripon, and has “an excellent reputation” and “local and loyal clientele”.
They added that the premises, which are available on lease, have excellent sales and profits.
The agents said: “A loyal and local clientele and an excellent reputation has been established over the years, attracting those from Ripon and surrounding conurbations.
“We trust this will prove a resoundingly successful acquisition, for a dedicated enthusiastic working proprietor to continue to exploit the full potential and derive maximum profits.
“Early inspection of this genuinely fantastic opportunity is strongly recommended.

“It is an established, turn-key business with even more potential to expand.”
The venue is currently trading three days a week but the agents said there is potential to increase sales via extended opening hours, private hire, and introducing a food offering.
The establishment is currently taking around £6,000 per week.
In December, DeFacto banned “scruffy footwear” and tracksuits from the nightclub.
The management declared a “smart/casual” dress code, banning joggers, shorts, scruffy footwear or work boots, sportswear or tracksuits, hats, and sunglasses.
They said this would provide a “better experience” for customers.
Alan J Picken said the premises have been transformed into a “truly eye-catching space” with high-quality fixtures and equipment.
They said: “Since establishing the business, our clients have transformed the once basic premises into a truly eye-catching space, which has been fitted with high quality fixtures, fittings & equipment.”
The estate agents have strongly recommended an early inspection to avoid disappointment.
