Councils across the Liverpool City Region have issued a list of public notices in the past seven days. These are important documents which act as a public record of key decisions in the city region and keep citizens across the local authority areas informed of their council’s decision making.
From planning applications, to bins, to parking, councils are duty bound to make their decisions available to the public. This is part of the transparency and accountability policies all local authorities must adhere to.
Public notices are surfaced on the main pages of local news websites, further enhancing people’s access to and understanding of important information about planning, construction, transport links, roadworks, and licensing changes in their local area.
LIVERPOOL
Queensway Mersey Tunnel – Full Closure All Lanes For Maintenance Work

The Kingsway (Wallasey) Mersey Tunnel will be open. Please allow additional time to complete your journey.
The Queensway (Birkenhead) Mersey Tunnel will be closed to all traffic on the following nights whilst essential maintenance work is undertaken:
2100 on 20 January through to 0630 on 21 January
2330 on 21 January through to 0630 on 22 January
2100 on 22 January through to 0630 on 23 January
2100 on 23 January through to 0630 on 24 January
Seel Street – Application For The Variation Of A Premises Licence
