Roadworks in Rhosddu could cause problems later today with football traffic before and after the Peterborough game.
Wrexham’s policing team have said, “We have been made aware that there are emergency roadworks on Rhosddu Road at the junction of Stansty Road and Prices Lane with four way traffic lights.
“As you can imagine, this already busy junction will be very busy around 2 – 3pm and again once the match finishes. If you can avoid the area or take an alternative route, we would certainly recommend it!
They also offer a reminder of the council parking pilot, “If you are going to the game, why not park on the council housing offices on Ruthin Road opposite Ysgol Clywedog. It’s FREE, only a short walk from the stadium and there are no road closures here after the game so you’ll be home sooner. You can claim those extra steps toward your New Years goal of doing more exercise (before you pick up that takeaway on the way home!!)”
